Antelope Leap v4.0.0 Delivers Speed, Performance and Reliability

With the new release, Antelope Leap v4.0.0 delivers on network performance. A key benefit of this open-source release is to empower infrastructure providers to optimize node performance on EOS and other Antelope blockchains.  And, with our continued focus on performance and reliability, developers can provide Web3 users with a seamless experience.

High performance with new multi-threading features

SHiP (State History Plugin) multi-threading processing

Frees up the main application thread to perform other computations that must be performed serially.

Parallelized speculative read-only transaction execution

Introduces a new read-only transaction RPC endpoint and allows processing of these transactions in multiple threads.

Reduced latency and faster block propagation

Schedule-based auto-peering

Makes block production and staying in sync more reliable, while ensuring the shortest relay path for a block to the next Block Producer that depends on it.

Lighter validation for block relays

Faster confirmation times and improved system performance, reducing the time it takes for new blocks to be propagated across the network.

More control and visibility around data

Snapshot Scheduling API

Increases reliability and flexibility, while reducing the potential for errors in the snapshot creation process.

Prometheus Exporter Plugin

Allows for the evaluation of the usability of instrumentation when viewed from Prometheus.

Dynamic log splitting

Giving node operators greater control over the management of logs.
