EOS Network Foundation does not support illegal gambling applications.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to use of the Website and supersedes any prior agreements, oral or written, between you and the Company. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the additional terms, rules and conditions of participation, the latter will prevail over the Terms and Conditions to the extent of the conflict.

15.2 Waiver and Severability of Terms

The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Should any provision of this Agreement be deemed invalid by any court, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain intact with the necessary amendments.

15.3 Governing Law and Choice of Forum

The Website and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision, principle, or rule (whether of the laws of the Province of Alberta of or any other jurisdiction) and notwithstanding your domicile, residence, or physical location.

Any action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Website and under these Terms and Conditions will be instituted in the courts of the Province of Alberta and/or the Federal Court of Canada, and each party irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such action or proceeding. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to the venue of such courts.
